Is a rich, royal and popular dessert from the Mughlai Cuisine. Badshah Falooda

Falooda, also spelled as “Faluda”, is a delightful frozen dessert that has its origins in the Mughlai cuisine. You’ll find it prominently featured in restaurants, ice cream parlors, and food joints across the Indian subcontinent. It’s made with thin vermicelli made from corn starch, known as “falooda sev”, forms the base. These silky, milky strands melt in your mouth. Full-fat milk is used to create a rich and creamy texture. Rose syrus, a fragrant, sweet rose-flavored syrup adds a delightful twist. Sabja seeds (Sweet Basil Seeds), these tiny seeds have cooling properties and are often used during hot summers. They add a unique texture to falooda.

Mango Shrikhand

Is a delightful Indian dessert originating from Marathi and Gujarati cuisine. It’s made with creamy hung curd (yogurt) and flavored with ripe mangoes, saffron, and cardamom. According to a popular legend, shrikhand was invented by traveling herders. To carry their yogurt easily while travelling, they strained out its whey. Since the strained yogurt became sour by morning, they mixed it with sugar to make it more palatable, leading to the creation of shrikhand. This is Cittamani’s best seller from the opening of the restaurant in 2017 and in our version we add a chocolate dome V, GF (7)

Is a delightful Indian treat that combines the earthy sweetness of pumpkin with the crispy goodness of fried dough. These little fritters are like sweetened mini donuts, and they’re perfect for indulging during festivals or as a cozy snack on chilly days.
