WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO OPEN CITTAMANI? I have always dreamed of making people happy through cooking and, since I was a child, I tried to prepare Italian dishes for my family. [...] Today my personal cooking style reflects my roots combined with what I have learned in Italy and around the world. This is why Cittamani is the restaurant where "my" Indian cuisine is made, which is that of my childhood, the intimate and everyday cuisine of Indian families, but enriched by the flavors I have come to know and appreciate outside of India and which have taught me to bring different flavors together in balance on the plate.

Cittamani is a tribute to the beloved Italian gastronomic culture […], combined with the culinary tradition of her native country.
